This stability shoe provides comfort during all of your miles by combining Mizuno’s new Enerzy Core foam with the dual density midsole that makes the signature Mizuno Wave. The new Enerzy Core cushion is softer and gives you more energy return than ever before. This combination creates a soft and highly stable shoe that establishes a floating feeling with a kick of energy return.

The Wave Horizon 6 provides dynamic stability that is great for people who have flexible arches or overpronate and need extra support. The rubber outsole wraps around the medial (or inside) portion of the shoe to give extra durability and support, while the shoe’s wide platform creates inherent stability.

The stretch woven upper is extremely comfortable and accommodates a multitude of foot shapes. The weave is tighter on the medial side of the shoe with overlays to provide additional support and security. Testers loved the feel of the upper, saying "It’s a little bit stretchy while still maintaining a secure shape" in our Mizuno Wave Horizon 6 review. Plus, there is a thin, gusseted tongue to provide a perfect fit.

The outsole rubber is durable to handle miles upon miles of running. There are moderately deep flex grooves in the forefoot to provide for a smooth ride.
